NIDINGR Recruits Ex-NILE Drummer, 1349 Bassist

December 1, 2006

Norwegan black/thrash metal act NIDINGR has announced the addition of drummer Tony Laureano (ex-NILE, ANGELCORPSE) to the group's ranks. "Sabizz [previous drummer] is still going to play with us in future gigs, but then mainly in Norway and not on albums," the band writes in an online update. "Seidemann from 1349 is going to do bass in the future. So with Tony and Seidemann in our team, we are really looking forward to begin with the new album sometime next year!

"In other news, the recording of the four new songs for the Planet Satan Revolution release [featuring the band's 1999 demo and four new tracks] is going well. Drum tracks and guitars are done. And we have begun on forming the vocal tracks. For us this is a nice way to be done with the past and start looking to the future."
